Tell us what your barby favorites are and also what is the most unusual thing you have had cooked on the barby.
My favorite is a good bit of Steak medium to well done and seared with woshteshear sauce .
Most unusual happens at AMTRA with the dim sims. Have them on the barby at home now. Will

Grilled Haloumi cheese.

Kebabs always good.

Tim's roast on the BBQ at Abbeyard was a good one too.

im a seafood man.dont get me wrong, i loves red meat too but if i had the choice , seafood hands down.

crumbed flatty tales and whitting followed by still moving snapper chunks rolled in moroccan flavours. topped off with curried scollaps slow simmered on the side in a ceramic baking tray..

while all that is cooking, you scoff into garlic prawns and fresh calamari chunks. downed with an ice cold beer or 2.

cya . im going fishing

If the prawns are off you could end up with more than calamari chunks.
