Your bike. A helmet you may think this is a joke but it has happened before. boots and any protective gear you have got. and have a think what part of riding you would like to improve this relates to all of the beginner /L1 attending as it will help if we know where you have issues ( on the bike that is we may need longer to cover the other issues that some rides have )

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Beer in one hand - throttle in the other - body thoroughly used up,totally worn out and screeming what a ride

Dom, Lunch will be provided (by way of BBQ), but bring a Camel Bak/Hydration Pack for riding, and any other drinks you may want during the day. Alcohol for after riding only!

What bike do you have ? I am guessing you are interested in bike setup tips. Just as a point of interest. If the riders coming on this ride could please in a few words list what they wanting to practice. Just so I can get an idea of a layout to suit the majority of riders. John T

I would like to be shown how to do Stoppies "Without going over the bars", then when the back wheel hits the ground go straight into a Mono.
