Just to keep everyone informed as I have had a lot of emails.

If you read the ride report you would know about an accident early on in the day.

Dave was operated on the night of the accident, he now has a length of rod & assorted pins in his leg. He is doing well & has had some laughs about the whole thing.

He passed on several times his many thanks for everyone who helped him & saw that he was OK.  I told hime its going to be a big shout at the pub some time.

He wants us to run a ride when he is back on the bike to get back to speed! LOL

I will post an event when he is up for it!

Cheers Pete

Thanx for keeping us informed, Pete!

Riding at Cheyne's bridge yesterday reminded me what dust was all about!  Remember to ride according to the conditions.  In dusty weather, slow down (a bit), and leave a bigger gap between riders.

I know, I know....I sound like your mothers!
