Title: Murrindindi ride 25.6.2011 Post by: Wade E on June 26, 2011, 07,38:30 AM The trail bike unloading area at Marginal road near Murrindindi was our start point with eight riders fronting up to start. Unfortunately Nathan had problems with the 310 not wanting to play.
With our ride leader Mark aiming for a lunch & fuel stop some where within his Husky's 2T fuel range we worked our into the mountains on greasy, red teflon coated trails through the forrest the all to frequent gated shut tracks having the ultimate say on our destination for our lunch time stop. With everyone staying upright for the morning and shut gates well behind us we finally arrived at Narbethong road house the only hold up being my KTM finding something sharp causing a flat tyre. With tanks and stomachs full the trail back was uneventful apart from four of us not conquering one greasy hill and Jarrod hitting the deck very hard after his Husky decided to flick him off the high side on an open trail, happy birthday Jarrod hope your not too sore today mate. Thanks Mark for a great ride and thankyou to all the other riders I enjoyed your company for the day.
