Rawson L2+ / 25mar2013

With perfect riding conditions we left the Moondarra reservoir car park at 9.00am ,  short commute track and then in to the fun stuff , while riding along the creek I didn’t realise there was a deep hole on the right hand side and sent the next rider  straight in to it drowning his bike “ sorry Nicko” ,  with a quick de watering we were all on our way ,  stopped for lunch on the Thompson river just short of the Cowwarr weir  , then back on the bikes for more,  got back to the cars at 4.00pm , with 117km for the day.

Must say as a ride leader I couldn’t have had a better day, riding with a group that all know there stuff makes life so much easier at the front.

Thanks Zeb for tail man duties.

Awesome ride again,, love riding in this area,, it has a bit of everything, some steep ups and steep downs, a fantastic stream section,, a fabulous maze of narrow tracks and one in particular that just goes on forever,, narrow track heaven! ,, what really made this ride for me was the great bunch of blokes that were there,, pleasure to ride with these guys.. Thanks Zeb for tail all day. Thanks again Gary for putting this ride on- top job mate. For those that missed it ,, get on the next one you won't regret it one bit..

Thanks Gary - great ride, great blokes great day. Wow they make 4X4s small out that way. They must have been dented and scratched to get through most of the tracks we were on all day. I first thought all the bark off the trees was from bike handlebars just getting through but clearly was from those small 4X4s trying to get through
