Early morning. Put bikes on and go. Coffee. Coffee. Petrol. Coffee.

Morning. Huge downhill, nice creek run, nice uphill, open, fast, fun, lot's of dead ends because of the fires.

Lunch. Steak sandwich the likes of which you've never seen. A scotch fillet steak servered on bruschetta with bacon cheese and a mountain of chips etc washed down with a few glasses of lemon squash.

A few of the grey beards went home.

Arvo. Tighter, more fun, lots of bike tracks, slightly greasy in spots. Cornermen and others who forgot the cornerman system once or twice.

Late arvo. Trip back to Melbourne long - but not as bad as it used to be thanks to the new Pakenham bypass.

Wash the bike in the back yard. Put it, then me to bed.

Steak and Kidney Pie

As above but I went with the steak and kidney pie and it stayed put for the afternoons tighter trails.

Thanks to Dave for leading a great ride with a good mix of trails.
Thanks also to the morning and afternoon sweeps Ted and Phil who were heard to say they had an excellent adventure (or words to that effect).

I look forward to the next one down that way.

Same as above but I went with the sausages & mash.

Thanks for putting on the ride & leading the two loops Dave! I had a good time, got home unscratched & in one piece.

Thanks for the Jim Beam cans on the way home Kelvyn!
