Saturday Mornninig came around 9,00am came and went there was an uncanny silence around the place then it started, the sound of a lonely 50cc engine not long after we found ourselves in a spot of bother we where surrounded by the under 4 foot gang

They hunted in pairs

but alway circling us looking for a weakness to raid the soft drinks esky

while we where huddled in a tight group for protection there was a car theft, if you know the were abouts of the 2
individual in the photo below please report to police belived code names sparky and printer

some of the bigger bikes where scared in to flight

some tried to make a quick escape from the terror

they just kept comming some brighter than other

I think the only that saved us was they could not reach the bottom of the drinks esky so the sugar fueled mayhem slowly came to a end

The day started for me when I got up at 5 am, Phil R was picking me up at 6 am, so I didn't want to hold him up, I had a very pleasant & relaxed ride,& plenty to talk about, Thanks brother. Brother Ted was very concerned about me riding, he said a number of times to take it easy, " don't go to fast" if ya pass me you are going to fast, so I made sure that he was behind me from the start Grin
My groin was still tender, but I thought it was about time to test it out, It felt good while riding, but still quite tender after I've been sitting down for a while, I did three small loops, after the last one I reckon it was good to stop riding I didn't want to over do it.
It was a great day, the little kids & the big kids really enjoyed it from what I could see Grin
Thanks John & everybody else who helped to make it a great day. Here's my photo's.

I don't know what happened to the rest of em Huh
I'll try again.

Wade is showing us, you don't need a big bike to do a good wheelie.

FIRST IS A BIG THANKS TO JOHN!!Was a great day, great weather, great people and great riding. Watching the kids go round and round really made me feel good in the choice of a 50cc for my son on xmas day. I managed to rack up 115ks for the day with lead, tailman duties and a bit of instructing. And got to really let off some steam late Saturday arvo with some very quick laps of loop 2. Shaz had a ball and was very thankfull to Serge for a lend of his lowered Yami. Thanks Serge as Shaz now wants my Yami and im getting preasure to buy myself a new steed. Thank also to the cooks for feeding us and everyone who attened. Put mine, Saz and Coop's name down for next year! Also thanks to everyone who let me have a go of the bike. I post some pics shortly.

Thank you  Amtra for my second Christmas party they only seem to get better .
A big thanks goes out to big John for organising this great advent  at his Family’s property  and you to Will even thou you weren’t  there you had some parts in the back ground rallying up Tickets Clan (Sean And Tammy )  to look after the barbeque and young Phil for picking up the stockings for the kids they were over the moon with the chocolate fix after ridding all day and you too Jess and mark for taking the kids on some loops I even tagged along for one loop that was a big loop around three damns if I remember Thou kids would follow you two any were.
The tittle ones were the centre of attention all day with there loops after loops my youngest having so many wipe outs he’s bike is now in the garage under some major repair with bent forks (he knows now too look out for pot holes) and I cannot believe how well all the kids got on that day and my last thanks goes out to all that stoped and helped the little ones when they needed help.
Talk soon Darren Ps have lots of photos will post in next day or two  Grin Grin

Yes indeed, a great day!

Many thanx to John (and Dave and Bev) for making their property available for this event.  John's recent works of a dunny and shed (no permit required) were greatly appreciated.

The ankle-biters didn't stop all day, and I'm wondering how they coped with the drive home.  I'm guessing they got in their respective cars and collapsed!  It was great to see (as the photos show) that all the kids happily wore their full compliment of safety gear.

Seano and the girls did a bang-up job with lunch, keeping us all well fuelled and watered, while Al, Pat (and others), led some short rides out of the property to let the 'big kids' cut loose on some grown-up tracks.

As the evening wore on, Pete, John, Rob, Dave and I settled into several adult refreshments, lit the fire and settled back to recount the days events.  We all agreed we needed to do this more often, and Meathead is only too pleased to oblige!

Lots of photos were taken on the weekend, so I look forward to all those folk posting them up soon.
