Three of us met at the Glenburn Road House at 9am and headed off to the unloading point shortly after. Nathan knew the tracks very well so off we go at about 9.40. My bike has had a few thing done to it so I was hoping she was going to keep her end of the bargain up. There was a fair bit of dust around so I stayed back a little, not hard to to as Nathan rides well and Al Mason is no slouch. Rode along some ridge tracks, some tight technical tracks and more flowing tracks. Some of these, and not in any particular order were,Ginters,Highenbotham,Beaton and quite a few more. Things were flowing very well and of course Nath and Al waited for me to catch up but as the hours ticked by we decided to head back to the cars at 12.30ish for some lunch. Lunch down and bikes refueled, 82.6 ks on my speedo, we headed out for the arvo stretch to explore the north side of the power lines. This proved to be a non event as not much was available so Nath hooked up with some fav's and we were back into it. Some very good and flowing tracks here which guided us back to the cars around 4ish with 126 on the clock. Great day out with good banter and lots of Ks. It did get hot in the arvo, maybe up to 30, and it was dusty down the back but any day out is a great day. Thanks Nath and Al. See ya next time.

Thanks for the report Lefty, and for a top day!! I hadn't been out for a ride for 2 months, which is a long time between rides for me, so it was great to get out again, i loved every second of it. I got a couple of new tracks to work into my loop from the arvo exploration, but there really isn't much in that part of the forrest. i don't know what your talking about with the dust, i didn't see any all day!!
