Somehow the ride that has attracted more than any other and has run every month for about five years didn't make it into the calendar.

Just so everyone knows it is the second sunday of the month every month.

We only had 11 today with Mothers day keeping most of the mummys boys and girls at home.

OK I'd probably be doing the same if my Mum wasn't 5000km away. I am sure I can still hear her nagging. Yes Mum I washed behind my ears.

Anyways there is bugger all story - but I'll pad that bit out later in the week.

We rode. Most fell of once lots fell off twice and couple of greedy buggers fell off lots of times eating lots and lots of clay.

I chose not to fall off. I haven't had to preen my riding gear this year yet.

I led a bit of the ride after lunch and I can tell you that  coming down Strickland Spur meant that although my riding gear didn't get preened my undies needed about a can an a half.

In fact there were so many moments on the red snot(in the 2nd half of the ride)today that we were all skating all over the place.

One of the guys complained that it was rediculously slippery , Nyall and myself managed to blurt out mate is grippy as hell before pissing ourselves laughing about a minute later.

All these shots are from the morning section.
