Seano posted a ride early this Morning, and lucky for me i woke early and noticed the ride, so i quickly got loaded up and rushed out to Spargo on the Daylesford / Ballan Rd where i was Greeted by the Smiling Seano.
To my amazement i found the Gimp had got himself a New Berg 390, the bloke had a smile from ear to ear and was eager to mount the Bastard and get on the gas.
"Man" Did this Bloke take to the New Beast like Duck to Water, within a few Minutes he Was Riding like a Mad man, and Was uncatchable " Until i Remembered to turn the Throttle".
We stopped to have a look at the Map and the next thing He's Dry Roooooting the Beast " Calm Down Sean, I Said "It's just a bike" he Replied " I'm in Love ".
What a great place for a ride, this Joints got More Trails than Lollies in a Lolly shop, so we had hit the Jackpot and found Heaven for flowing tracks. There's nothing but left" Slide" Right " Slide" and nice n open, so you can really hook around the Corners with Ease.
We were having so much fun we ended up at Daylesford and had to refuel our Bellies and the Bikes, then it was back into it for the Best return ride i have ever had. We had found a marked trail and followed it for Hours, we ended up at a Mineral Spring, and refreshed then Headed back to the Cars, getting back about 3.30.
Sean was on fire all day, and didn't even have a off, every corner had a fresh Fishy, and he even somehow left some 2 ft high on corner embankments.
Thanks Sean for a spastic ride, i think you have now got the right bike for You, your confidence had Doubled.
" Look out he's a man on Fire"
Pics to come.
