Awsome day once again provided by the Thiesz Family, with some help from Amtra. Shaz, Coop and i had a great day. Coops is informing us today what his doing on the next Daylesford day and what mine and Shaz's roles will be. I would also like to thank anyone who gave Shaz and Coop a hand through out the day whilst i was doing something else, being in three places at once is a juggle, but made a lot easier by the Amtra family. Bring on the next one, Al, Shaz and Coop's

Well once again we had a good day and were blessed with great weather and great conditions!
I had a ball out the back with Paul and had some fun on the play hill.
Thanks again to John and family and to all those that added to the day!
Nicole had fun and started off well and is improving everytime she rides although I was a but confused as to why she lost her confidence after being on the bike for a while...
It seems somebody went past her while out on the trails with the girls doing a nice cruisy lap and promptly roosted her and filled her in with a nice size rock right between the eyes. It cracked the dual lense goggles and put her off for the rest of the day, so these things happen and Im sure it wasnt intentional! She's a pretty tuff cookie and I have talked her into going riding again this weekend, but please be careful when passing slower riders!

Yay....another fantastic day for me. Johnny and I headed out at about 6am. Met up with Wiggy and his young lad Matthew at Morwell and we travelled together to the place that would be our fun playground for the rest of the day. Thanks to Ted for leading me around the loop over and over and over....was great fun Ted and yes your right...time on the bike is what its all about. Thanks heaps aswell to Aaron Stott for taking photos...gosh i hope you can make me look brilliant Smiley...cant wait to see the pics. Lunch as always was delicious...so thanks again to Seano, Darren and the ever tolerant women of those 2...and a special note to Darrens wife (the 15th September is still on..wink wink nugde nudge)...lovely lady that one Smiley...A big thanks to John T for the tips and help and the shove along I needed....it was great and I used some of what you taught me out on the ride I had today in my ususal spot..so very useful help. Cheers for that. Always great to see the kids out there having fun and love seeing more women coming along too. Jess, thanks for leading the loops aswell...so much fun . As ususal I learned more again being at days like this...and I just had a ball. The day was starting to draw to a close..when Al Mason asked me to lead for him around the loop we had been doing all day...I felt very special...and loved it..then Johnny goes and gets a flat...well by the time he could have changed the tyre we would have been ready to go anyway...so we packed our toys up onto the trailer and said our goodbyes...and started the long journey home - I dont mind admitting that my wheels fell off when I got home and I was exhausted...but wow it was worth it. Thanks again everyone and as I always do...thank you to my husband Johnny D for supporting me on these learner days.
Lovely to meet some more new people and great to see other familiar faces again....so thats it from me Bob....see you all next time Smiley

Another top day. Huge thankyou once again to John T and family for the use of the property ,was great to catch-up with the AMTRA family again, also great to meet new folk. Lunch was also once again spot on, thankyou Seano,Darren and your lovely wives. I must say that the highlight of the day for me was seeing those little tackers out there doing their thing. Also thanks to all who offer advice, tips and support to Bob(you know who you are), she gets a lot out these days and it's great to see her skill level ever improving.

Another great day for it JohnT! - are you ordering the weather like that or have we just been really lucky?

Was good to get some practice in the wet, my bike was doing really well. I started off doing some figure 8s at the bottom of the paddock, was really shakey at first, but once i got warmed up started to really get in the groove.

Went round the track a few times which was great - its so great to just keep practicing the same sections. Then did a couple of loops around in the bush, was soooooo primo out there!

Thanks AMTRA for the BBQ, and John and family for the hospitality, the wood fire was the best!!!

Was a long drive for us, but was worth it  Grin
My son Matt hasn't done a lot of riding, so this was the perfect opportunity for him to ride our recently acquired KTM 200.
He was out cleaning the 200 this morning, and him cleaning anything without prompting is a 1st.  Roll Eyes
He's been talking about riding at Daylesford all day, so I take it that he's keen to do it all again next time.

Thanks to John T and the catering crew.

Either the bars on the 200 are wider than I thought or the gap between the 2 trees was narrower than I thought ! Roll Eyes

Hey Nathan, your brother should have been there at the end of the day, he could have got a real good action shot, I reckon the person involved would pay $100 for it, so he can remember it for the rest of his days Grin
