Title: New web site Post by: David Smith on February 01, 2014, 12,29:45 PM The new web site will be going live in the next few days so if you cannot acces the site try again later as it will be in the change over.
You might receive your new login beforehand but remember it wont work on this site.. and yes it has a link to the new site but it wont work on there either till its live so you will just have wait to have a look at it :P Cheers Dave Title: Re: New web site Post by: David Smith on February 05, 2014, 06,25:50 AM Ok, so as you can see the new web site isnt live but it will be by thursday afternoon.
There has been a delay in the address change over what can take 2 - 48 hours and normally is 2-3 as a standard has taken over 48 hours. So hang tight and it will be up and running soon. Dave will check out the details. Nath and Ken, did you use your user name and the new log in code that you received by email? Don't try and use your existing AMTRA password. Title: Re: New web site Post by: nathanstott on February 06, 2014, 07,26:11 AM I never received a log in code via email :-X
If you guys are trying to tell me something, just come out and say it, I'm big enough and ugly enough to handle it ::) Title: Re: New web site Post by: Serge C on February 06, 2014, 07,39:46 AM I never received a log in code via email :-X If you guys are trying to tell me something, just come out and say it, I'm big enough and ugly enough to handle it ::) All current financial members (of which I assume you're one!), should have received an email from AMTRA.com.au. This listed your current user name and a new temporary password. You're listed on the new site, so you should have received the email. Please check your spam folder/filter in case you missed it. I'll let Dave know and he can check that. At this stage, I don't know how to retrieve your details, but I'm on the case. Title: Re: New web site Post by: Serge C on February 06, 2014, 08,35:28 AM I'm having trouble posting on THIS site at the moment. I've replied three times and none of my posts have registered, Tim, that is why you didn't get the email, same with Seano and Ken (who is a life member and doesn't pay). So just go to the new site and re-register please. Nath, Ian has sent you ll the info so you're good to go. I don't understand why you're having trouble. Have you put some coins in the meter? Pete, your case is a conundrum, so I'll keep looking into it. Title: Re: New web site Post by: Ron H on February 06, 2014, 08,40:59 AM I didn't get a email rdhowat@optusnet.com.au

Waiting on Dave and Alex to sort it out however I can not give member status to anyone until it is sorted.

Title: Re: New web site Post by: flipper on February 06, 2014, 10,03:29 AM If it helps any, I get this message when I try to request a password reset from the new website:
Reset password failed: Invalid email address My email address hasn't changed in years, so even old data should still be using it. Title: Re: New web site Post by: Peter r on February 06, 2014, 10,03:43 AM Mmmmmmmmm.
Title: Re: New web site Post by: Serge C on February 06, 2014, 10,12:31 AM How can I login with my name if I dont have a password? My user name is on the new site right? Tim, We will need to create an account for you, then send you an email with a temporary password. The information that Gary collects (and then passes on to Rob) needs to be manually input into the new site. The 'old' site could no longer generate the data bases it needed to. There are a number of members who are in the same boat. We'll sort it out as soon as we can. Tip - if you want to "register" go to "create an account" I'm telling you all again "COMPUTERS WILL NOT CATCH ON" I could tell you some stories about willing secretaries but this is not one of those sites. I didn't get an email so figured I just use thus sure as normal - I thought it was gonna look all pretty and stuff but Bob is very confused. :) Title: Re: New web site Post by: flipper on February 06, 2014, 08,11:23 PM I'm guessing you have a direct link to the old forum (like me) saved in your favourites.
You'll need to go to the main website home page - it's new, and has links to the new forum, etc. Go here: www.vinamtra.com.au (http://www.vinamtra.com.au) Title: Re: New web site Post by: Serge C on February 06, 2014, 08,26:59 PM I'm really confused - if I read this thread and post on it - does that mean I'm not in the new site?
