did anyone happen to ride in last years (2010) Victorian cancer councils "Cancer charity ride" held in the strathbogies?? just reading an article, sounds like it was a great weekend. Apparently its being run again in september, but thats all the info i can find at this stage. Cheers Neal(GM)

Brad, I could be wrong but I think it was the Yakandandah Charity Bash where Mat bought the Honda, I remember seeing his mug in a magazine article about that event.

Ok....been back through some old posts, looks like a few guys may have gone last year, ( cant confirm where mat picked the honda up from as yet!!) any feed back on this "ccr" weekend would be appreciated.

Hi Darren, Thanks, have checked out the site and will keep an eye out for the forms. I cant tell you how much i love this klx450! ( and never owned a kawasaki till now)It's really comfortable to ride, has got some serious balls down low! Im still running it stock, but i dont feel like i have to fiddle with it at the moment. This bike wont have to work very hard to keep its spot at my place! Anyone updating in the 450 market, should consider having a look at the colour green.

G'day Blokes
The Cancer Charity ride is one of the best weekends of riding that you will ever get !!!
The tracks are exellent, the catering is great, & the riding is split into separate groups ie : maniacs, normal trail riders & newby.
The beds at Charnwood are like planks though !

Yep it's the 30th so I am back. It was the Yack bash I got the Honda but the CCR where I took it for it's first ride. Will be going again this year if I can as it is a top weekend.
