Title: Re: Automotive Spare Parts Interpreter Position Available Post by: OZinUS on February 02, 2010, 01,56:37 PM Hey Stwart, how much for a service on my Vito 115 ?? And how do i rest the 2 spanners that are shown on the cluster ?? STWART?? REST?? wtf?? ??? I think he means "reset" the service indicator.. actually we dont have Vito's over here. We just started selling Sprinter's on Jan 6th 2010. They were sold over here under the Dodge network, until MB ditched the Chrysler group. Bring up the service indicator in the cluster with the key on, then push the reset button on the cluster, while holding the reset button, turn the key off, then back on. all within 4 seconds. keep holding until the cluster display changes. It should be in the owners manual somewhere. Title: Re: Automotive Spare Parts Interpreter Position Available Post by: Peter r on February 03, 2010, 03,26:36 AM Yes, i did mean RESET.
Thanks i will give it a go. Title: Re: Automotive Spare Parts Interpreter Position Available Post by: Willbar on February 03, 2010, 03,40:39 AM should not have told him Stew he is going to desert us for a hyundia van. Will

Will Can't see the point in spending 20k more. And you get a 5 year Warranty. And the services don't cost 1.3k. And Blah Blah Blah. And And And.Title: Re: Automotive Spare Parts Interpreter Position Available Post by: Willbar on February 03, 2010, 08,13:56 AM So Why did u buy a berg when you could be riding a Yammy for 5k less ? Compare the safety of the Benz to the Korean vehicle and it just won't stand up and whats 20k over 5 years.

Compare the safety of the Benz to the Korean vehicle and it just won't stand up and whats 20k over 5 years. Yammy's are all Blue and after 4 years it works about the same.50+ k is to much for what it is. And with the rest of the $$$ you can buy a new Berg.Title: Re: Automotive Spare Parts Interpreter Position Available Post by: chrism on February 03, 2010, 08,38:03 AM We have a few vito's and the VW equivalent at work.
Hate to say it but the Merc's are crap. The van's get a real flogging and the Vito's are rattly, noisy and always breaking. Mechanically there ok but it's things like sliding doors not opening, then when I do give them the appropriate encouragement they won't shut. Door's not locking etc. I can't speak on the quality of the car's I'd love to own one! I also can't really speak on the quality of the cheaper vans. But I was very disappointed with the vitto. Title: Re: Automotive Spare Parts Interpreter Position Available Post by: David Smith on February 03, 2010, 11,46:11 AM The KIA Pregio's are a good van
about the only thing they have wrong is they wear the insides of the tyre's when fully loaded all the time... we have a few that come in and they get one hell of a beating and they always hold up, most i've done other than the normal service stuff on one was a alternator and that was about the 240k mark |
