Ok, with the broken legs being the flavour of the month, what are some of the injuries you have had......

Me, broken wrist and bones in the hand. The rest of the time just very lucky.......

AC ligaments in both sholders.  Both were grade 2 (no surgery required).  2 separate occasions.

First time was on the HCR in 2004.  Was video-ing the event and crashed out 5 ks from the property.  Finished the whole circuit and got back to Abbeyard.  Had 4 Panadine Forte and drove home!  I don't remember the trip.

2nd time was on a ride lead by Damian S.  Lasted about 500 meters and, BANG!

The injury hurts, but they will recover.  Although they both still feel a little tight sometimes.

On the bike. Broke the ball off my left elbow joint and after a mate held the clutch in and got me rolling. A short 40k ride home with three river crossings. And a couple of busted ribs from Fumina and then some more two weeks later in the desert with the Guzza. Off the bike and from cars? Well the band width of the web site not enough! Al

Broken scaphoid (wrist) from head on with a mate who was in la la land riding on the wrong side of the track over a blind hill. He was in la la land after just crashing and knocking himself out. I was the lucky one who volunteered to go back and look for him.
