Author Topic: Husky TXE310 StegPegz sub frame bolts issue  (Read 3963 times)

The issue is the Titanium bolts which come with the StegPegz are M8x25mm which are to replace the existing subframe bolts.
However these 25mm bolts supplied are only just long enough going in a thread or two which is not good for re-securing the sub frame.
The correct length bolts should be M8x30mm dome head with a 5mm hex key insert.
These are readily available for under a dollar each in high tensile steel.

Seano,
Sure am been riding since just after Mt Buller including some track time at Franskton MX, a weekend away, few day rides including one this weekend.

Back into the riding, it's great and hand has fully recovered.

Falling off doesn't hurt, it's the sudden stop that does the damage.
