Anyone else off to Big Al's that weekend and Gough's Bay?  Bit worried about Goughs Bay, some of the stories I have heard seems to indicate it can do a bit of bike damage.  Hopefully they will teach me how to get up some of those hills.

Gough's bay is easy (if you don't leave the camp site).

Shane has a knack of finding some pretty gnarly stuff.

Your bike will be find. Just be sure to make sure your body armour and protective gear are in top shape. And a parachute  Shocked might help.
