im doing the run melbourne fun run tommorow ,ten klm section . hoping to achieve 1 hour 10 min mark but due to hernia op havent trained in 5 weeks . can someone swing by on their bike and transport me to each check point where i ll run through and get picked up on the other side till the next checkpoint and so on andso on . stay tuned i,ll let you s know my time when i get home tommorow :)

Yeh, when i was younger i used to do Fun runs Etc, every week, "YEH RIGHT".

Well done Seano, so when are you trading the IKEA bike in for a new pair of runners , it might be a quicker way to get around. ;D

Yeah ,Ken,i did catch a glimpse of him in the crowd at one stage,but then someone walked in front of me and i lost sight of him ;D

If only ikea could make things as reliable as you tickets you would be able to ride instead of running for fitness.
