Hi

I have a 06 Wr 250.  I have never put it to the test some blokes in the US on thumpertalk where saying 60 miles (110km). My bike way way rich from the factory fouling plugs.  After taking it back to the dealer torque power ballarat I was told it was fine,  then to Jaydees in gisborne to be jetted richer WTF???? I jetted it my self and found the float level was rich 4mm+.  I changed my slide to a #4 had a 3 fitted but the hand book says #4 fitted??  I run the following jetting and a FMF gnarly pipe

Main 390
Pilot 27.5
Needle J8-6DJ8-60 ON 3RD CLIP
Slide #4
Air screw 2 turns out

Ps You remove the baffle in your ADR pipe and by cutting it open ripping out the baffle and re welding, and then you will have a spare full power pipe!

For Husk TMX carb float level is 18-22mm

The link below is shows you how to  set float level with photos!!  I found this  very helpful.  You have to register first....FFracing
