I just ordered some anti- fatigue Gel filled Hand grips, with anti vibration Tech, a mate in NZ has had them for a couple of months and swear by them. You can get them in Orange only, so i'm a bit dissapointed that you can't get Blue. These grips will go well with the Steg Pegs as they will also help with Arm Pump.

You're gonna replace the neoprene rings on your Steg Pegs with anti-fatigue, gay-orange hand grips!

Gonna be a bugger of a thing to ride!  How will you see where you're going with your hands hehind your boots!

Pete a guy that rides with dread locks on a big bore dont need anti fatigue hand grips ....  Sure your not getting soft.

My Steg's arrived Thursday so I fitted them that night. Had to modify my exhaust heat shield slightly and fit the LH one between my frame and after market stand.
What did I think ?
A little disappointed first of, as with the LH one fitted, you could not remove the LH side cover to gain access to the air filter box without loosening the LH peg off it's top mount. As I keep some tools in the air filter box I then had to make sure I had a 8mm T bar in my bum bag so I could gain access to the air filter box when required.
Road Neerim on Saturday with them on and found I liked them straight off, I found I could comfortably stand going around fast corners and felt stable.
For the first time I was comfortable standing when hill climbing. Going down hills, I have a bit to work out as to get my weight back I had to spread my knees to get behind them or just to the side of them. The LH one needs slight adjustment out, as I cannot feel this one the same amount as the RH side. I also had to make sure my knees were loose when standing going fast over rough terrain so I could absorb the bumps as I found it would jar through your lower back since your legs from the knees down could not move back only forward.
Even though I did not find I had to hang on like grim death when accelerating when standing the 540, I still had to hang on, but I think with stronger stomach muscle's you would not have to hang on as much. I had no arm pump yesterday at all but am keen to see what they will be like on the faster stuff next week.
They certainly give me more confidence when standing and would recommend them to anyone looking for that extra support when standing. Thanks Pe-air for your recommendation. Will

I've been thinking about those Steg Pegs for a while now, after reading what Peter Ross had to say about them made up my mind that I too had to have a pare, so I fitted them to my Kato 300 to-day, bolted on without any mods, as Will said, the left side sits in front of the air box cover, & will have to be removed to get access to the filter, not to worried about that, I'll let ya know what I think of them after next weekend ride.
