Ok - jphnny and I have set up the computer to watch the Erzberg live stream  through the big screen on the TV.  Does your computer have a HDMI port? If so all you need is a HDMI cord to go from  computer to TV. Then Bobs your uncle- your away. If you computer only has a VGA port you will need to by a VGA and USB Audio to HDMI Conveter as well as HDMI lead. Bobs your uncle again and away you go as your HDMI TV affectivy becomes your PC monitor.
1.5 metre HDMI cord approx $10.00 and the VGA Converter approx $80.00. All available at your local geek electronics store. We have one Traralgon called Geek Heaven.....interesting bunch of fellas that work there however they do appear to know what they're talking about as we're all set for tomorrow night - even got the popcorn. Happy viewing everyone and enjoy ERZBERG 2013.

$$$ to watch live stream could get pricey... So check out your data plan. I checked with Telstra and they said that that amount of live stream is about 8 to 10 gig...and that can get expensive....I'm on a pre paid broadband and will cost approx $110-$150 to watch. Hence won't be watching more than just an hour or so. Then will wait for DVD to come out. So check your plan and data use deal as you could get a nasty shock if your not on a plan that will cater for this  high usage. Glad i checked. Phew  Shocked

Thanks Sandra for that info, I won't be watching it for that kind off money, I've got better things to spend my $$$$$$ on.

My god you're stupid.

Definition of a nerd

The general connotation is of an irritating, unattractive person who may be brilliant, but who choses to focus on non-social pursuits.[3]
Another definition of "nerd" is a four letter word with a six-figure income.[4]

Definition of a geek

Being a geek gained traction when self-adopted by computer programmers and other technical people, but has since become more mainstream. There are wine geeks, car geeks, and Lord of the Rings geeks, each of which closely follows the minutiae of their chosen obsession.
To further clarify, it's important to note that a geek are generally social. They have their fascination in what makes them unique, but you probably wouldn't know of their geekitude unless they told you about it.

I'm amazed the thing you took offence to from my above statement, was being called a nerd, and not the same sex relationship comment!
Makes you wonder

Number 1 Husqvarna Geek thank you very much!!

I reckon I'm more of a nerd as geeks are social and I hate socialising.
