Hi Guys, The June Club General Meeting is only a few days away. After this years High Country Ride it was pointed out to me that some members were having trouble using the club's Emergency Satelite Phones.
Since we have these phones for emergency purpose use, it might be a good idea if we do a bit of training on there use, and also on the use of the Epirbs.
It would be awesome to have every club member attend this months meeting on the 27/6/12 for some training so in the event of having to use the emergency equipment hopefully we can all have some basic ideas on how to best use them.
How ever as a realist, I understand that it would be near impossible to get every member along, but it would be good if we could get most members to attend.
Thank's to GME, I have aquired a training use Epirb for the meeting, so we can all practice setting one off.
As usual we will have a free barby before the meeting and we will also have a free supper for after the meeting,
the social budget will also be supplying free refreshements for the meeting also and of coarse I would remind everyone in attendance to drink responsably .
Kick off for the barby is around 7pm and the meeting will start sharply at 8pm and the meeting should be finished around 9.45pm with supper being served straight after. Tea and coffee will also be available as usual through out.
If you do not normally attend the monthly meetings and you plan on attending this one, can you please let me know of your planned attendance before the 26th of June for catering purposes. I hope to see a record attendance number on the 27th. As our annual memberships are now due, it would also be a great chance for you to complete this on the night, with Gary or Rob. Will Munro

Slight change of Plans for this months general meetingThe committee decided that rather than have a Barby at this meeting we will be having Pizza delivered,Bench racing, Drinks and Bulldust will still start around 7PM but the food will be served between 7.30PM and 7.45PM.C ya Wedensday |
