Title: Great Australian Ride Post by: emu on July 23, 2012, 12,02:51 PM How often do you get given a free mag and then after reading an article about a planned ride.....go and buy a BMWF800gs 1800kms away and take a month off work so you can go on a 11000km ride.....with only 4 weeks notice.
I just did, and the missus approved it too (she must wan't a hol too), i head off in just over a week, first a ride up to the starting point Byron Bay then across the centre of oz to Steep Point in WA, with 11 other riders i am yet to meet.
