I just bought a Garmin Dakota 20 with city and topo maps. Will get it's first test run next month and I'll tell you how it goes.

I have a Garmin Oregon 450T, with built in toppo maps.
The next model up is the 550T with Built in Camera.
You can buy a H/bar mount to suit.
