Jarrod  ,

By TE450 2010 you mean a Husky right , I am not schooled on 4 strokes my mate just picked up a 2010 TE450 two weeks ago and we went out last sat and he got through 80 odd Klms and I dont believe he was even close to hitting reserve. Based on that and the distance we covered plus what he had left in his tank he is also on target for 110-120 per tank.

I know it doesnt help but at least it gives you a comparison.

I took an 08 TE450 out to the Bogies and got 90km till it stopped, I assume the 08 and 10 have the same size tank.

Most of my bikes have gone further on a tank than the average. People thought it was because I never got off the pilot jet, partly true, but I did cheat a bit with an extra litre plus in the fuel tanks. - - - Drain all the fuel out of your tank and take it off to have a look for anything that is really close to the under side of the tank that could be a problem if the tank expanded towards it. At these positions place some rag packing to maintain the existing gap. Put the tank back on and secure as per usual. Have enough boiling hot water available to fill the tank. Put the cap back on and blow thru the breather hose, you will be amazed how easy they are to blow up. Expand the tank about 1 1/2 litres and fold the breather back on itself and secure to stop the air leaking back out. Leave over night to cool and then drain out water. As it cools it will shrink a bit so you may give it another stretch if you were a bit timid the night before. An extra 1 litre plus in the tank can be very handy and it sure beats carrying it on your back.

being injected i dont know if want to put water in the tank cause the fuel pump is in there and if i take it out you cant seal the tank.turns out its a temp sensor problem telling the ecu the temp is -40 so its over fueling to compensate for the temp it thinks it is.
if u ask me nothing should go to -40 deg who would ride in that..
