Times are tough in the USA lately.  At our shop we have had no pay rises in the last 4 years, This year they stated that the company needs to smarten the shop up to Mercedes new standards.  So they decided that all the tool boxes needed to be the same colour..
So they purchased 50 of these.



All Snap On boxes with stainless tops. Dont get me wrong they are very nice, but they spent several hundred thousand dollars doing it..

The bright side is now I have my toolbox at home to help with bike maintenance.



Of course most of my tools are at work. Grin

Shove your shiny new toolbox up your arse mr bossman, give me a pay rise instead! 4 YEARS without a wage increase that is rediculous!!!!!...How the hell are you supposed to keep up with the cost of living if your wage has been frozen for 4 Years!!

They dont give a rat's arse about us. The automotive industry here stinks right now and they know it. Finding a new job aint that easy.  If I leave this job, I think I will come home to Australia.
