And other news from Baja 1000 - sadly. Kurt Caselli was killed during the race - several stories have been reported that someone booby trapped the course - so hope they find who did this!

Ktm team got KCs bike back and it's apartent that there's animal fur stuck in/on it, do there thinking he hit a animal, the forks were also not attached to the bike.

It's a tragic accident he was One of my top 5 riders

Hey Tim, from all accounts of what I have read - someone booby trapped the course...they are at this stage unsure it was greenies or race enthusiasts who wanted to add some "excitement" to the race...so at this stage - who knows!!

Yeh that infos wrong, it's since been corrected.
Toby Price (his best mate and team mate) said he hit a cow or horse at around 150 to 170kph on a nice smooth flowing section.
