I am in Morwell, have a lot of time on my hands, but nobody to go riding with. After my last freaky mishap I am don’t like to ride by myself any more. I know this area very well, so I may even organize a ride for a small group if any body would be interested in a easy going ride, level 1 or maybe 1/2 Title: Re: Any members in the Latrobe Valley? Good to hear from you how is the bike going? I recall you from a Neerim Sth ride, whats this underselling your capability! My back it’s stuffed and my Knee it’s playing up. The Doc told me I will need a Knee replacement in a few years. Till then I will keep on riding, but have to take it more easy

Understand, as I got told the same thing 5 years ago and started taking a Blackmores Glucosamine and Fish Oil capsule twice a day to steady the joints. No idea if it works but I take it anyway. BTW it wont stop you breaking your bloody leg!
