I was thinking it might be worth trying some earplugs? My partner was thinking to try a helmet with less ventilation (therefore less noise) Or should I just suck it up and get used to it? Hi Nicole, i have been wearing Ear Plugs for about 10 Years now, and it stops the ringing in your ears.I was thinking it might be worth trying some earplugs?
