Peter! Your inference that this is a practical joke is NOT ammusing.

Some people(males) suffer an embaressing problem with their private health. This young man clearly is a receipient of the latest Eastern tradional therapy of
" facial clip technology" a unique blend of traditonal thereapy " nasal & facial clipping" combined with western know how "pegs"

Please dont hate those with this afflication! It could happen to YOU.
