Thank you for sharing the newsletter; yes, everyone needs to take note...our young, but ageing bodies need more care  Wink
By the way, big congratulations to you on your 40 years of service with AMTRA.  I love going on rides when you are on them & your contribution to the club over all of these years is priceless  Smiley
