Hi,
Found this web site its pretty good.
Use the description of how to modify the wiring system on the TTR to put in a headlight isolation switch. Instructions worked perfectly. Ballards had a switch assembly to suit. Also found the full workshop manual here.

G'day Brad,

I was riding around Anglesea on Sunday on cooked the clutch, so thats this weeks project!

Cheers,
          Chris.

Chris,
I have a manual but I am passing it on along with my extra bits to a club member who is buying them. I traded my TTR for a WR250F.

Good luck with the clutch.

Some bikes you can get away with pulling the plates out sanding the gloss (glazing off them and reinstalling). If you do this be sure to get all the grit out before you reinstall.

Some other blokes put after market plates in from around $7 each. That's the best thing about the ttr. Not much to go wrong and even if it does it doesn't cost much to fix !

Where can I get the aftermarket plates?

I was going to bring the genuine parts over from the US there about a third of the price...  $22 for a friction plate from peter stevens is too much for me!
