So with the Chrissy break only a couple of weeks away, who's doin' what?

I'm going to Europe!  A week in Paris, a week with my family in Sicily and a week in Rome (followed by a week of recovery!). This trip has been a long time in the making, and I'm really looking forward to taking my kids back to the 'Old Country'!

Wow, mister money bags!! Cheesy
A cape york trip a couple of months ago and now you're off to Europe!
Make sure you watch where you're going in Paris as there is dog crap all over the place!! Not to mention how rude they are, but if you tell them you are an Aussie you will get a much better reception from them as they can't tell the difference between Aussies and Poms and they hate Poms with a passion!! Enjoy the trip.
Me i'm off work from the 21st Dec till the 6th Feb and in that time i will be doing stuff around the house, working on my old bikes and riding as much as possible.
Fair to say i might have a couple of hundred beers in that 6 weeks off!!

Off to the Grampians with the van for a weeks rest before Xmas, back for Xmas day then off to Marysville on Boxing day for a weeks rest with the prospecting club. Bloody Xmas - gets in the way of camping Roll Eyes Grin

Serge - the French dogs crap in the shops and restuarants too. Greet everybody with "G'Day" and your an Aussie, everybody loves Aussies.

Go to Gallilee Le Fayet, it's a mind blowing store with gold plated internal balconys and a fabulous restuarant on the top looking out over Paris. Don't touch anything in the store, it's all alarmed, we know.ENJOY!

Wiggy - My thoughts will be with you, briefly Wink

With Paris at 4 degrees, Rome at 7 degrees, and Melbourne at 33, it's bloody hard to think about packing thermals and polar fleece, when you're wearing shorts and thongs!
