guys, im looking for an easy sunday ride in the near future with a rec reg bike,a 1992 xr250,nothing too knarly or the pace at warp speed,mainly because i havnt been out for around 4 months and the midriff is in a state of expansion at the moment,  cheers  rob

Mat's Just listed a cowbaw ride on could be a good one for you to go on.

Tymo62.   Why not put September the14th, Marysville, in your calendar. No challenges, no warp speed, good food and good company. Regarding the rec reg, bring your sandwidges and sit on a log for a bit and we will pick you up on the way back out.

The Cobaw ride is for a few hours, and would be a good warm up for the Marysville ride the following week.  Both are for Level 1 so we let you ride at your pace and make sure you don't get left behind.

Cobaw has rocks but is mostly dry, even after quite a bit of rain, and is fine for rec reg.  Marysville has great hill climbs, and can be slippery after rains.  So take your pick.
