Losing a child is a terrible thing Frankie.

All I can say is to remember the good times you had in those 43 years and don't forget to look after yourself.

Sorry to hear the bad news Frankie....just sucks when you loose one of your own kids, it just not meant to happen that way. Also hear and feel your pain when there is stuff all you can do to help.
