Theres lots of little things to look for..
The foot pegs are the loose of are the springs tight?
Loose pegs might meen its done more kms than you think
How sharp ar the pegs? have they been filed to make them sharp again?
Sharp pegs mean low kms but resharpend pegs can mean high kms.
Look for buckles in the rims, then roll the bike forward and look again, people allways put the buckle so you cannot see it.
Handle bar grips, how worn are they?
I wear out a set of grips every 4,000km ish!??!
Grab the rear gaurd and lift the suspension up
that will check for movement in the rear suspension bushes.
Disc rotor thickness, disc rotors arnt cheap!!!!
hace a look you only get about 2mm wear then there no good for a RWC.
Does it come with RWC
if it dosn't it can be a pain in the ass, you have to put lights ect on the bike
Does it come with all the lights?
The list goes on ill add to it later tonight but smoko's over for now....
Best advise of all, If you dont know get it looked at
a measly $77?? most shops will give it a going over for you
and they will know the commen faults with the bike..
and they will probly call that the cost of the RWC and you wont have to pay for that in the end, well worth the money
