Folks Please take care this weekend if you are outdoors, riding or driving its forecast to be very bad Saturday.
The forecast is for heaviest rains since 1998 in the North East ranges in particular, forecast rainfall is 75-100mm.

AMTRA suggest that riding in forecast conditions such as this may not be ideal as:

1. It increases risk due to poor visibility and wet conditions.

2. High rainfall makes for difficulty in the event of need for assistance.

3. Damage potential to tracks is much higher.

If you don't have to go and want to be home on Fathers Day a rain check may literally be in order!

Fumina will be interesting, and i'm guessing the river crossings could be a little tricky!!

I hope this rain keeps up, then it won't come down!

Nephew went to play in the footy final at Avoca on Saturday, however it was called off as the oval was under water.
Here are some photos of the ground and immediate surrounds.
In the last photo of the playground you can see the toilet block well under water with the roof showing.

What a bunch of SOOKS!

So, it was a bit damp under-foot.

Suck it up, buttercup!

Fumina ride was horrible due to the severe weather!! It drizzled most of the day and almost got windy at one point. But worst of all, near Erica we had dust!!! Always a good idea to check weather report for were your riding not the hole state. Had a great day out on the bike with the group that checked the weather report for Fumina and the ones who didnt mist out. Al
