What brand Tennis Balls ??

I read this:
Tennis ball update

I have also noticed the bouncing of the front wheel when going over 80km/h, BUT on the dirt I noticed nothing but good traction.   In the beginning the wheel was a little hard and it softened as the km increased, like a moose.

The proof,
We spend the weekend in Lesotho, riding in the Roma area. We did the '10 enduro time trail , bushmans , welcome pass. It works guys, I will be taking them out this weekend to inspect.  If your budget is low and cant afford mooses go the tennis ball way, it really works.  NEXT time I will wrap a old tube around the tyre before putting in the tennis balls, I am sure it will take the whopping away.

Try it out, it will cost the same as a enduro tube. No punctures gauranteed.

We went from balls to norgs in record time...

Back on topic
We need to get the verbage correct. Are we talking about Moose products, who do make heavy duty tubes, or are we talking about Bib Mousse foam inserts made by Michelin?
Tire balls is another product, http://www.tireballs.com/index.php

Tennis balls sounds like a poor mans way of avoiding a flat tyre.. the weight of 29 tennis balls would turn me off..

One of the benefits of Bib Mousse foam inserts, is that rebound from the front wheel is reduced dramaticaly, therefor deflection is minimal from the front end, same goes for the rear wheel over rocks, logs etc.  One issue for Bib Mousse is that it will have overheating issues at speeds over 120kph.  Lots of lube is needed when fitting them, it helps keep friction between the tire and foam insert. KY jelly is a good water based lubricant Grin

Moose products does make a nice heavy duty tube, which is German made. But I find the Bridgestone X heavy duty is hard to beat for avoiding flats even with low tyre pressures, 8-9 psi.
