im with you pete ,mine has served me better than i could have hoped for, i bought it hoping i wasnt making an expensive mistake  and after 4000 plus kms the only problem i have had is moisture got into the fuel sensor after i drowned it (my fault). electrical grease cured that. would i recommend one --hell yes. would i buy another one ---hell yes.  this one is going so well  , i think it will be quite a while before it is replaced.

Yes the Rumour is true!!

I have been toying with the idea about a new Berg, and after doing some research and a few Phone calls, i thought it's time to update the Old 570 and step up to the 2012 570.
There's not much difference from the 2009 to the 2012 except for the Closed Cartridge Forks, Yellow Frame and a few minor differences.
Gay TM have Decided to drop the 70 Degree Motor and Fit the KTM 500 Block for the 2013 Model, so as this will be the last model, it was a no brainer to get one.

The new 2012 seems to have a bit more go than the 2009" Not that you need it" and the Closed Cartridge forks are fantastic, as they keep the wheel on the Ground extremely well around rough Corner.

I'm still trying to get my head around the new forks as the Bastards won't let go, the 2009 forks are great but the Newies are better than the old ones.

The only issue i have with the Bike is the Sticker Kit.
"Looks good" but someone forgot the apply the 3M adhesive and used CLAG instead, outta the Box the Stickers were peeling off everything so i decided to rip them off, otherwise the dust n dirt would of done it for me eventually. Husaberg will supply me a new set, but i will keep them in a safe place until they bury me, the Bike & the Sticker Kit.
The 2009 FE570 has been a great Bike and i had no trouble with it over the past years, it's done 6.5k and i have heard that someone has done 22k on his without any issues at all.
I will put up some Assembly photo's soon.
Ride report soon as i get the bike sorted out .
