Check out http://maps.google.com.au/maps/ms?f=q&hl=en&layer=&ie=UTF8&om=1&msid=104371664536792406717.00000111c9182892c42c5&msa=0&ll=-37.561997,145.132141&spn=1.389039,2.018738&z=9

This is all the start points for DBW, you will find the helipad listed here.  You can also view the Labertouche start point.

Unsure if it is open but don't see why it wouldn't be.

Although just found this:

Some of us rode out there few weeks ago it was my first time out there since the fires and they have put alot of gates up and alot of tracks now must be seasonal so its not the best place to ride these days.
The DSE have mangaged to ruin another great riding area

The unloading area on Forest rd is open, alot of the tracks have been upgraded or closed.Tracks like Western fire line,Gentle Annie,Tea tree can still be a hand full if wet.
