With all the small teething probs with rec reg,that being the grey line on which the decisions follow pertaining to the laws that are written for it,I may as well just look into fitting up my bike for full reg.How hard can it be on an xr400r.May as well,as it looks like the only places to ride will be freeways and the TOLLway.
