one eyed berg supporter Grin..

hey brad..i looked at wr450 and ktm 530, also the husky 510..and berg 450/570

rode a husky 510..nice bike but somthing felt outa place..
ridden a mates wr450. great bike but kinda wanted somthing different, same as the ktm noice bike ..nearly had me..then into the berg shop and was just in the rite place at the rite time i spose.

new 2010 KTM 530+onroads
second hand(500k's old+rear tank mod+radiator gaurds+ported polished head)2010 berg570+onroads was about $2000 cheaper.

so with the saving i could buy the other bits i need..
bash plate, barkbusters, tall bars, lower pegs, front and rear springs and taller seat..sheeesh(you short people are lucky)

any bike i was going to buy needed to be farkled for my hight and weight. so taller bars moved forward and lower pegs, even tho 30mm up top and 10mm down pegs dosn't sound much , it is a big difference..

had another quick roll yeasterday..wow its ,well, scary but in a good way..feels realy good..going to take a bit to get used to it , so i should provide a few good laughs for you guys..

I'd love to have 30 mm up top, and anything extra down below is always a bonus. Grin

Enjoy the new bike.

..sheeesh(you short people are lucky)

You reckon?

I spend money gettin' bits cut out of my bike so I can ride it, you get bits put on your's so you can ride it!

If these things aren't built to suit two fine specimines like us, who do they fit?
