Yep, that is Melbourne Map Centre, which is also online if you know what map you want.

I have also found Ray's Outdoor stock a reasonable range of maps.

Anaconda carry heaps of the rooftop maps in stock and are cheapish.

I also use the Melbourne Map Centre , have found Vicmap 1:50 000 topographic maps the best.
