Title: HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMTRA Post by: Ken R on January 23, 2009, 05,03:54 AM Unfortunately I won't be here for the 40th birthday bash, Helen and I will be off on our trip around Oz. So I will take this oportunity to say happy birthday AMTRA. 40 years ago at the Milledge Bros showroom in South Melb AMTRA was born out of the need for newby trail riders like me to have somewhere to ride their shiny new DT1 Yamahas. Thank heavens we came up with the answer.

Yes Justine and I will be unable to attend the 40th B-day celebration, but we would like to pass on positive thoughts to all members of a club run well over many decades.. I started with AMTRA in 1981 on a DT250.. when XL185s, PE250s, KLX250s, XR250s, IT 175/250s etc populated the trails.. Best club we have been in.. keep clicking up the gears Garry and Justine |
