Hi all, have been looking around for some acreage that is reasonably close to Melbourne that could be used for families to go riding on. I think I've found a few blocks that meet the requirements (eg Larger than 50ac, no close neighbours and relatively cheap in price) and I am interested to know if there are any other riders out there that would like to form a syndicate to buy such a block.

I think we should form a committee to discuss the design for the shed on this new block.
