DSE have finally listed the forests that they have closed on thier website.

State Forest Area   Access Arrangements
Big River State Forest   Big River Road open for entire length from Marysville–Woods Point Road to Eildon–Jamieson Road. This provides access to all Big River camping sites and to the unburnt areas to the east of the fire affected area
Bunyip State Forest   Closed
Black Range State Forest    Plantation Road open, all other roads closed
Marysville State Forest   Marysville–Woodspoint Road open, all other roads closed
Mount Disappointment State Forest   Closed
Mount Robertson State Forest   Closed
Pauls Range State Forest   Closed
Rubicon State Forest   Snobs Creek Road open to waterfalls, all other roads closed
Tallarook State Forest   All roads open
Tarago State Forest   Closed
Toolangi State Forest   Sylvia Creek, Yellowdindi, Plantation, Monda and Hardy Creek roads open

Called the Broadford office to see when Mt Dissappointment would be open - sometime between 2 weeks to 2 months. For other forests you need to call the local offices to get opening estimates for each forest.
