Whats the best way to convert a m4a to a mp3 Format??
I tried Pushing My Spring Rolls into the Computer, but that didn't convert the m4a File, it just made me hungry!!

There are a number of 'downloadable' conversion programs available.  Google it and see what comes up.

I think Apple's "Garage Band" programme does it, but you're not having my lap-top!
