Since I've been driving a Territory, I haven't cracked $100.00 to fill it, until today!

Really starts to put it in perspective when a tank full costs triple figures!

But was that enough to make it to the next servo? Those Territories don't mind a drink. Bit like the owner.

When I first got the Prado with 180 ltrs fuel capacity it took me ages to fill it from empty, every time it got past $150 panic set in and I started looking underneath for leaks.

Now a fill can be near to $250 - OUCH!! But for a biggish, safe, comfortable, capable on/off roader that tows very well I LOVE IT and it can still deliver 100ks for 11 ltrs around town (thats 1600ks on a tank) and averaged 100ks for 14 ltrs towing the van 35,000ks around Oz.

Whats your consumption like Serge - that would for the car of course, I know what YOUR consumption is like - PHEW!!

I do 12's - 13's around town, 9's - 10's on the highway.

Starts to get ugly with two bikes and camping gear though!

Alex, that's a habit you should try to give up.
