Has anyone got a 2009 Husqvarna TE 310i ?
What do you think of them?

Is it the ideal combination of the light, tossable 250 with the added torque of a bigger bike. Sounds perfect....

I haven't ridden the 310, did take out a 08 450 for a day and thought the power and the throttle response was awesome.
I have a 05 510 and would say the 08 450 power was about the same. mine is a bit geared up though than standard though.

The biggest problem with the fuel injection bike is the size of the fuel tanks. The 08 had 7.2 litres and the fun ended at 90 km.

I like the idea (and look) of them. Something like that might even sway me to go Euro (one day)!

 Grin Bike PORN see:  http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=RJOCWJXVbm4

I would love a Husky 310ie as a Trailbike AND an Xchallenge as a dual sport.
Maybe they will do me a great deal now they are both owned by BMW?  Roll Eyes

Better start saving....

It's suppose to be a cross between a 450 and 250.  So more power and bottom end grunt yet not quite as bigger handful as a 450.

Theres a good write up in Feb/March Trail rider mag.

Four Stroke Brad! Smiley
