I've just joined as my riding buddy died recently (non bike related).
I see you have different levels of rides. Presume Level 1 is easier.
I'm 53yo old and have been riding again since 2004. I'd like to do some easier rides. Do the rides have previews of what is involved ?

Sorry to hear about your mate. Hope we can help fil a hole.

Yes, level 1 rides are easier, but they too, can turn to poo in some conditions.  The best thing to do is spy out a ride that interests you on the calendar, and get in touch with that ride leader.  let him know what you do and don't feel comfortable with, and he'll let you know if the ride is right for you.

You're right, Yazza...my apologies !

The ride leader may well not be a male, could be a pinko, leso, whale loving, tree hugging, mamby-pamby, bi-sexual, Chardonnay sipping, berka wearing dwarf!

So perhaps I should have said: "contact the ride leader ans tell the ride leader what you do and dont feel comfortable with..."

I stand corrected and thank you for pointing it out!
